Our Design + Build team understands the core value that runs the core of the company - that "without unity - there will be nothing produced - and thus no result". Unity Produces Results!® is more than just a slogan - it is a way of life. The Design + Build Construction delivery system is a single entity overseeing both the design and construction aspects of a project. Overlapping the design and construction phases allow the design + build contractor to minimize the project risk for an owner as well as reduce the time for the project to be complete. Nechemya Construction Solutions is a vendor and Design + Build general contractor for several public and private entities. Our Design + Build general contracting services include but are not limited to: general maintenance; major and minor commercial remodels; and Healthcare tenant finish-outs. Nechemya has served as the premier general contractor for: Texas Health and Human Services, Texas Facilities Commission, Healthcare Associates of America, UT Southwestern, Genesis Financial Group, and Texas Department of State Health Services.
What is C.A.?
C.A. is an acronym for the technical term that is Construction Administration. C.A. is the final phase of a design professionals process where the design intent meets the "real world" of construction. At this juncture it is imperative that the lines of communication are clear and that any jobsite related questions are being processed accurately and expeditiously. The construction administrator is a gifted person or persons who possess the ability to clearly articulate the design intent of a project into the reality of a tangible construction environment. A construction Administrator performs as a conduit between the architect or owner and the contractor. It is not uncommon for a talented construction administrator to operate and flow into different essential roles - such as: owners representative, project manager, construction manger and the like. Nechemya Construction Solutions possesses the skills to manage and organize the design drawings and design intent while at the same time conveying the information accurately to the field production. Construction administration tasks include but are not limited to: Responding to contractor RFIs (requests for information), Documenting site progress with field reports, Reviewing research material submittals, Site meetings, Construction draw review and approval, and Document management.
